I'm using Linux Mint 17.1 kernel 3.16.0.-29
Tixati version 2.12.
The problem is that every time I reboot Linux Mint, Tixati loses my custom categories that I have set.
I started having this problem after I reinstalled Linux Mint 17.1 with the new Tixati v2.12. The old version I was using before reinstalling OS was 1.99.

do you loose categories if you run 1.99 or 2.11?

I do not lose categories in 1.99. I have not tested v2.11
