In the Auto Bandwidth Limiter rules, I cannot set the minimum outgoing KB/s to a fraction of 1. Therefore, I cannot set tixati to automatically slow down the download bandwidth in KB/s below the value I set in the Incoming:Outgoing throttle ratio.
