I request the feature called preserve file order. While create new torrent in Tixati, I want to check the preserve file order flag along with private flag. Because sometime I will need to create new torrent from folder with sorted files. I don't want to depend on stupid uTorrent client because of that.

It seems Tixati creates a torrent file with folders and files sorted alphabetically, first are folders then files.

What is the alternative to "alphabetical"??
The only thing missing in Files is a "piece column" to match uTorrent. There's no telling whether you will be downloading 1 piece or more for downloading a partial torrent.
To create a torrent in Tixati it would be helpful to have a filter/dialog to ignore/block thumbs.db desktop.ini or any *.txt etc
