I've been using Tixati for a number of years as it gives great control over torrents (e.g. renaming/moving individual files in torrents means I can keep seeding them without having to make another copy if they don't fit a standard naming convention)

One feature I'd like is to be able to sort on any column in the transfer window, e.g. I can't sort on Torrent Name currently. Also the addition of a "Time since Last Active" column option, this is useful in uTorrent as I tend to stop seeding any torrents that haven't anyone leech of me for a number of months.

Enable "Sortable view" in Layout menu, then click on a column caption to sort.
