The Load Transfer prompt comes up and immediately freezes the program.
I've been trying magnet links from two different browsers but no luck there.
Loading the torrent via a downloaded .torrent file results in the same freeze.
I'm on Windows 8.1 x64.
Any help is much appreciated!

What version were you using previously, and did it happen with it too ?

2.11, but 2.12 worked flawlessly just a couple days ago which is strange. I haven't changed any settings or anything that may warrant this freezing from before it worked. I suppose I can roll back to 2.11 to see if that version still works. Thanks for the reply!

I had this problem with 1.99. when 2.11 was released this freezing problem was gone, now it's back.

I am using Windows 8.1 64bit.
I only experienced freezing while I had Proxy Cap on.

Do you have a screen shot of your installed applications? My computer was imaged recently so I would like to compare.
