I see in tixati that trackers that I have added to skip list get retried every 2 minutes.
why?
doesn't skipping mean that tixati should forget about them?

the length of time between tries should increase. since the tracker is there its gotta try and when it goes to try it finds out that you want it skipped so it skips.
