So, I tried to download Tixati (the 64-bit version) and when I tried opening it, but an error popped up saying I downloaded the 32-bit version, too, and tried it but was greeted with the same error. :/

Try downloading the client again from a different mirror, always from the official site. Also, check if your security software is preventing you to run new .exe files. A full scan wouldn't be amiss either.

Guest, since you're getting that error message, the most likely problem you're having is that your version of windows is 32-bit.  Thus, you cannot run 64-bit programs on a 32-bit Operating System (OS).

To find out if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit OS, look up your system's CPU and see if that is 32-bit or 64-bit.
