Tixati is by far the best torrent client for Windows.  Recently I have noticed a lot of my friends in college using chromebooks and there is only one decent client that is usable on Chrome OS, which charges to download the chrome extension but is free to use off of Github.  I think that if Tixati made a chrome app or extension that could be used on Chrome OS, it could easily get the market share on a growing user base.
