And of course I'll continue with some more feature requests. :-)
- Force check absent pieces only.  This is great when one copies a file into a large download to speed it up.  No need to recheck the pieces that have been downloaded already.
- Thanks for the toolbar options.  I like a small toolbar that doesn't eat up screen space.
I think you are really trying to have some independent options: icons (large, small, no); text (below, besides, no); lay-out (buttons, unevenly spaced, evenly spaced).  Unevenly spaced is as in "horizontal text + icon" as compared to "Small same sized buttons".  No icon and no text would amount to no toolbar.
- Autoupdate of new versions would be great.  Tixati knows how to download, so it could download its own new version and then start a silent install and exit.

Oh,and this:
Tixati is always trying to connect to itself (still true in 2.12).  When it polls a tracker, the tracker tells it (correctly) that it is one of the seeds/peers, and then Tixati tries to connect.
Wouldn't it be easy to filter itself from the list of found peers?
