Any way to change B/s IN/Out to KB/s

Currently it only scales up, ie 1024 ==> 1K, id like to have it display .232 K instead of just 232

Settings -> User Interface -> Output Formatting.

Yes...I know about that. But that doesn't do what I want, I want to set the SMALLEST unit it would display, ie: K would force it to display .232K instead of 232 B
