In the online help you get a picture when you search: Tracker Add Edit

May be that this solves out problem.

But I can't find the way to get to this item in the software menu (NOT in the help menu).

Go to torrent properties, Trackers tab and right click on empty space, Edit Trackers option will show up.

Well, you are right. I think some of help pages are outdated. The "Tracker Add Edit" was replaced by "Edit Trackers" at some point but it seems the help page survived ;)
