hello there .
last night i set tixati to download as usual with scheduler (ver 1.99) on win 8.1 64bit.

today when i tried to open tixati no matter how many time i clicked on tray icon it wouldn't open , forced closed it and tried again , no luck.
Restart my computer and again nothing .

( i checked task manager in all above step , tixati uses 9% cpu ~50 mb ram and constantly uses hard drive )

So i used process monitor to check what was happening .
all it does is creating and appending a file named "upnp_diagnostic_log" and all it contain is a reset call .
