also:

LQ:0 RQ:0/0  (all in green)

Thanks for looking at my question.
And thx in advance for advice/answers.

It is described in help text displayed when you hover mouse over a peer in status column.

Just in case L stands for local that means you. R stands for remote that is them. C is choking which means they will not send you some or you won't send them.
Q is I asked for packets or agreed to send packets. If in or out is lit it means an agreement to send has been reached. Not sure what the RI means but if the IN OUT are green it will be to. Assume RC is remote choking which means you get none.

RI means Remote Interested (green) or Remote Not Interested (red).

So, "Incoming: Local Not Interested In Remote" means what exactly?  Is it that I'm not trying to download any files which the other person already has and could help me with?

Yes, that means the remote peer doesn't have files that you want or you already completed what he has got.
