for about 3 days now i have been unable to DL any torrent that is udp
i checked my port forwarding and completly reset it its working fine
these are the errors i get

on the torrent file itself

is it my isp blocking me or am i missing something ?

Turn off your router, wait 5 minutes, turn it back on.

If the problem persists, check your router configuration to make sure your torrenting ports are properly forwarded both for TCP and UDP, or that uPnP is enabled, in case you use it.
