Would it be possible to add the option to bind the connection to a specific network adaptor? Vuze has a similar function but it's bloat-ware. This would enable the user to only allow downloading or seeding if there is a connection to, say, the TAP Windows Adaptor used by OpenVPN. If that connection fails for any reason, all traffic stops until the connection is re-established.
