My tixati shows DHT port unconfirmed. I have seen and done all the things mentioned to solve this problem but still i am not getting any incoming connections. My college internet is monitored by cyberroam hence i use proxifier to download. The funny thing is that this is the second time this DHT issue is happening. Since the first time this happened I ultimately had to format my PC as uninstalling tixati didnt do any good. Post reformating it started working fine until it happened again. After 3 days of continuous search on the internet, I am finally writing my problem here. Please help me guys in this regard. I cant forward the port through the router as I am connected to the internet through my college wifi.

You have answered your own question. If you can't forward the port then you can't receive incoming connections you can only receive something you requested.
