I'm running deglue right now(which I'm not a big fan of), but it supports being able to pull torrent files from different directories, and based on which directory it pulled from place downloads in another set directory.
i.e. pull meta info from c:\placetorrentshere -> place here c:\downloads, but also c:\othertorrentshere -> c\:otherdownloads.
Is it possible to do this? I would think dealing with directories is a lesser/easier concern.
