Ive been trying to download on tixati and its not working. tried turning off the firewalls  same issue. please help.

You don't have an open port. Go to portforward dot com and follow the instructions.

Or download UPnP PortMapper - a nice free tiny program that opens ports for you:

There are others, such as Albertino Port Mapper, which may do the trick for you as well - but I found the above to be both the most complete and the most user friendly.  Albertino does have the nice feature of being able to start a check whether your port is indeed visible from the outside.
