I just installed Tixati.  I used to use utorrent.  I downloaded torrents but I don't know how to view them now.  With utorrent the files went into my downloads folder

If you go to the transfers tab, you can right click on the torrents you downloaded, go to "Local Files" and choose "Open Folder".  This will bring you to where that particular torrent was downloaded.

To change where torrents download by default, open the settings, go to the "Local Files" option under Transfers.  The top option is where Tixati will download torrents to by default, which you can change by hitting the "Change" button next to it.

If you start your uTorrent program, you can find you download directory.  You can use your system file manager to view or play them at any time.  I'd suggest moving your old uTorrent downloads to a new location that is not on your system drive.  That way, if you have to reload, you won't lose your download data.  You can also free up that space.  USB external drives are wonderful additions to any system.
