When client is on, and I'm just seeding like 120 torrents, downloading none, it's somehow using or cutting 500 kB/s.
Why ?

I have 10 MB internet, which is 1200 kB/s.  Tixati is cutting those 500. I can't download a sh*t.
I don't understand it. Please explain.

Is the 10MB/s upload? or just download level?

Many ISP plans are asymmetrical, limiting upload to about 10% of download limit.

Download speed is affected by many factors external to tixati, your computer and your connection, iow out of your control.

I seed 400-700 torrents and tixati overhead is minimal.

And if you are "downloading none", I don't understand the complaint "I can't download..." much less any "cutting".

I haven't optic, just ADSL, so 10 Mb (bites), not bytes. 10 Mb is download 9.7 Mb effectivelly, not guaranteed but ok. No limitations in any way.

And 150 Kb (kilo bites) upload speed, so 1 Mb. Also no limitation.

When I turned tixati off yesterday, my dowload was as it should be- ok.

Now I deleted all unnecessary torrents to amount of 83, and lets see what happens.

I think, tixati uses that bandwitch to check all torrents for something. I'm noob, so I don't know what stuff it needs to check, but probably when tixati didn't mention, it's download speed using, I suppose, it means, tixati is using it for own internal purposes.

Make sure channels is turned off if you don't use the feature.

I'm downloading something, but it's bad like before :(

Ah you mean channels as irc chat. I never used it.
When I turned program off, my down speed jumped up to my maximum, so there must be somethiing with it for sure ..

Do you have an upload bandwidth limit in Tixati? Unlimited uploading can choke your download bandwidth. Read information from the Optimize page.

I have set up limit, always.

Settings then click channels and make sure the top choice is off. Activate channels feature I think.

Wow that saved me I didn't even realize that Channels was on , I was haveing a similar problem , when ever I had Tixati running I was having problems web browsing , my Connection is 50Mbps downloads and 25Mbps up and I couldn't figure out why this was happening. lol
I almost went back to Utorrent because of it
