net max half open connections option

This is present in utorrent, can it be added to tixati?

In Settings > Network > Connections there are two options: "Maximum concurrent outgoing TCP connection attempts" and "Maximum concurrent outgoing UDP connection attempts". Maybe these are what you are looking for.
