I uploaded a torrent lately, and it reaches around 105 peers for now, but I can see through the peers tab that every completed peer automatically disappear as soon as downloading is finished. So till now, I have 0 seeds and over 200 peers and still, every completed peer just disappears directly after completed.

Is there a problem? Is there an issue I can solve?

When someone downloads 100% of the file, he disconnects all seeds and keeps only "incomplete" peers connected. Some of them may stop torrent as soon as it finished downloading. There's nothing you can do about it.

Seeders are not connected with other seeders. That's normal since ever.
