Tixati Peers Limit

by Azad69 on 2014/11/23 09:27:01 PM
I'd like to first point out that this is an AWESOME program and that if I would have known about it sooner, I would have jumped off of uTorrent years ago....But I need to know more because Im a new user I know little about its function

In many cases I see that the default peers limit is not enough peers because many of them can't upload so my download speed becomes very low like

I am tired of going to properties , options , clicking □ default setting Use  & adding max peers limit to 200 manually to get good download speed, in here :_(

The default is 55
I wanna customize the default setting so the default setting becomes 55 to 200, and I don't have to maximize peer limit for each download

Thanks for your help :-)

It can be found in Settings>Network>Connections> Max peers per transfer:

Enter 200 into: Settings > Network > Connections > "Maximum peer connections per transfer"

@Azad69
Make sure your router can handle 200 connections as some routers tend to crash out/slow down as i had this in the past with an old linksys router. Just a quick question about setting "Maximum peer connections per transfer" dos this mean that all active torrents have a overall of 50 peers max? and what i mean is for example;

torrent 1 has 25 peers
torrent 2 has 25 peers
total of 50 connections within the two torrents.

It's per transfer limit, with default 55 and two transfers (torrents) you have got max 110 peers total.
