to help with this you can constant seed stuff. constant seeds do not count towards the max uploads. also if you are not using max downloads you can click on the 'recycle download slots'.

to add a little more detail to this...

go to: Transfers then select file(s) then right click and click on Seeding and mark  Constant Seeding.  These files when then show as "Seeding+" in the status column.

Without this trick, you are allowed to seed 200 torrents and, if you go to Settings/Transfers/Queuing and mark "Recycle unused download slots for uploads " you can seed up to 200 more torrents, total 400.

By marking 1000 for "Constant Seeding" you can seed 1400.  Life is good. Tixati helps :)
