Tixati 1.99 stops working after 20 seconds upon opening, or if I hit the add button or start via opening a .torrent.  Process will not end and .exe cannot be deleted.

Computer: Windows 8.1, i7, 4GB DDR, 2 1TB HDDs.

so if you do nothing upon starting, is still stops after 20 seconds? if you press add before the 20 seconds it stops working before the 20 sec i assume.

how does it stop working? is it not responding? can you click around? a bit more info about how its failing would help.

Stops responding. Greys out, and the process will not terminate.  Doing nothing it will be fine, but because I've attempted to reinstall and to use the portable version, it now freezes when assigning file and association links.
