As the topic states, tooltip shadows sometimes persist even when the tooltip is gone. The shadow itself stays above everything else besides fullscreen apps (as if It had a high z-index). The shadow is removed shortly after completely exiting Tixati. Here's a screenshot of this post for an example of the tooltip shadow problem.
