Tixati erroneously continues increasing the total download stats after the file has completed downloading. this means that after the file completes, incoming requests for seeds continue to count against the download stats. this is problematic for private trackers, which use the stats to monitor user activity. please fix this so we can use the wonderful tixati program. it should stop counting incoming d/l after the file completes downloading.

Are you 100% sure that Tixati does that? Try enabling: Settings > Event Logging > Transfers > Log detailed tracker messages. Then complete some downloads and see on the Event Log tab, if the downloaded parameter is rising after the announcement with event=completed. Stop the complete download after some time to see what happens at event=stopped. Downloaded number is in bytes, it will be easy to see if it changes after a torrent is complete. Use the latest 1.99 version.
