I would find it extremely helpful if Tixati was able to detect "slow" transfers (i.e., those operating below a set threshold) and open up additional queue spots accordingly. This functionality exists in uTorrent and qBittorrent, two otherwise dramatically inferior applications.

Alternatively, rather than detecting slow transfers specifically, it could just compare total actual bandwidth use to the bandwidth cap value(s) every few minutes — this is, I believe, how DC++ does it — but that might be more complicated to implement, particularly when you take Auto Limit into account and whatnot.
