Socket error: Base socket reset

Does anyone else get these in their DHT logs?

Every 2-5mins i see it.

This is on Windows 2008 r2 with IPv4 and IPv6

i get similar thing
The dht window seems to cycle through start to the error
1:00:55 AM]  starting
[1:00:56 AM]  Attempting to listen for UDP on 0.0.0.0:26412
[1:00:56 AM]  Attempting to listen for UDP on :::26412
[1:00:56 AM]  Startup complete.
[1:00:56 AM]  Socket error: Base socket reset
[1:00:57 AM]  stopped
i would like to know why too?
