my tixati is on it's default settings. Since two days ago ive noticed a strange behavior on it download rates, i'v DL a file of 1.5GB in size and had 18 seeders. it was downloading at 450KB/s till it hits 65% mark, then rest was downloaded at dialup rate approx. 7.1KB/s... it happened twice today... is there away to fix this issue so it could download at 450KB/s

This is not likely something the torrent client (tixati in this case) can fix. Since the amount of seeders is very limited it is possible that the seeder that was uploading to you went offline. The best thing to do here, is to make sure you are uploading to others as well, then those others are more likely to share and they have to download less from the person that was uploading to you.

Thank you so much for that last reply. I was tearing my hair out why stuff was taking days to download. Changed the outgoing limit to something respectable and problem solved.
