Every time i try to download i cant seem to connect to the trackers.
I use windows 7
My IPS is comcast
I have the most current version of tixati
i have tried encryption
I have taken down firewalls and p2p in avast.

So yeah theres all the info people seem to need. Hope someone can help me out

I suspect you are have this problem if you are using a router or even a modem, if you have both then you will have something extra to do. Follow the exact same advice I posted here.
