Just saw the post where developer of Tixati is trying to create a new BitTorrent protocol.
Firstly, Thank you for all your efforts. Tixati is wonderful.
Secondly, please please support I2P DHT as well as I2P PeX natively in this new BitTorrent protocol, by having an inbuilt plugin.

Thanks. I had to do something about the SHA-1 problems, and DHT scrapers.
I2P, including PEX and DHT is fully supported in v3 and v3.1. No changes are made to either system. The v3 is fully backward compatible with all v1.0 clients, including all the I2P ones, PEX and DHT included.
In v3.1, the announces are still made to a 20 byte truncated hash, so it works with existing trackers, DHT, etc, without modification. But link privacy is still provided by a slight change to the magnet link format, and an addition to the extended handshake when the peers connect. The v3.1 spec will be posted soon.
