How do I setup a proxy? I know how to reach it in tixati, I just dont know what to do with it. For instance, what address is it asking for?

It's asking for the address:port of wherever your proxy service is located.  This service could be hosted locally or remotely.  If you don't have a proxy service set up then obviously you would need to obtain one first.
