I wish I had a better solution.  The postal service is not reliable here unfortunately.

I really do appreciate the effort though.  I am always happy when people like the software enough to want to donate and help me keep working on it.

Thank you for giving your PayPal email address, Kevin. I was just thinking the same thing as the other guest... i.e. that I would rather just send you some $ as a personal/friends & family gift where neither of us incur a fee.
