Paypal is blocking donation from South Korea.  I think you will talk to Paypal about this issue.

Have you tried Patreon ( https://patreon.com/kevinhearn  ) or one of the Crypto Currencies?

It would be easier for foreign countries if you have a Paypal account.

I tried to transfer via my credit cards through Paypal, but they were not approved. Maybe it´s because my CCs are not international.

Patreon is not easy and could not find a way to do it.

Bitcoins charge a fee for the transfer.

I would prefer even to pay a fee using Paypal account direct to your Paypal account than to use these other ways.

Tixati is the best P2P system. I used others, like BitTorrent or Deluge, but when I found Tixati, I will never replace it.
