Issue Description:
When clicking the taskbar icon in the lower right corner of Windows, the menu occasionally appears at either 1.25x or 1.00x zoom. The behavior depends on whether the window is on the 1x resolution monitor or the 1.25x resolution monitor.

Steps to Reproduce:
Click the taskbar icon.
Observe the menu zoom level.
Move the window to the monitor with different scale.
Observe the new menu zoom level.

Expected Behavior:
The menu should consistently appear at the correct zoom level, regardless of the monitor resolution.

Interesting! It's most likely an effect of Windows forcing DPI settings on Tixati (DPI_AWARE...). Then if Tixati is not DPI AWARE PER MONITOR or forgot to separately check this for 'current monitor' like with tray menu... you'll get parent window's scaling depending on where it is.

Work was done in this area for the latest release, v3.26.
Things should work correctly now.
