what you are seeing is a webseed, not a normal peer. webseeds are essentially a web download link embedded into the .torrent metadata itself.


you are actually asking for a reverse DNS lookup, like what uTorrent does. honestly this won't buy you much other then querying your DNS server a lot, only to know what ISP a peer is using.
