I'm sort of new to Tixati and not very cluded up setting it to get maximum useage so any adive would be welcome.

I'd like to know how I could increase my B/s in. ATM i have 254k and my B/s set on 20B/s but reading 555B/s.
I tesetd my band width and am get 4.9 Mb/s up and down. I have a 5 Meg wifi line.
Any suggestions would be most helpful

You may be limited by the torrent swarm. Choose a different torrent with hundreds of active seeders to see if this is the case.
