Can't find Tracker TCP Proxy

Hello. I got new version Tixati and can't find cute tracker proxy options. My ISP block some trackers and I used this with TOR, but now I'm sad. Going downgrade Tixati to 2.11. Why you delete this? http://i.imgur.com/UhO3pLS.png
