I have posted some suggestions in Tixati forum and after a while I wanted to add some more information to it. From what I see, editing is only possible for a few minutes, after that the post is locked.
So, I have to wait for approve until I can correct my post, I can't reply to it either since it's unapproved.
Maybe you could make an exception only for unapproved posts so they could be edited any time
